All glassware is well-packaged to minimise risk of damage during transport. It is advisable to purchase a few more vases than your actual requirements, in case of any mishaps or increase in numbers.

We are required by our delivery service to report any damage on the same day that the goods are delivered. If you notify us after this timeframe, we will not be able to provide any compensation.
